Get Connected!!!

  • 1. Get Baptised

Baptism is a cornerstone to our Christian faith. It plays a major role in our Christian life. John the Baptist was ordained by God to be the predecessor of Jesus - he preached about His coming and even baptised Jesus.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

If you are interested in getting baptised, please contact Revd. Philip on 07939404100 or Pastor Segun on 07538117322 or drop us a line in our contact section and we will get back to you.

  • 2. Connect A Cell Group

As a church, we are passionate about winning more souls for God's kingdom and nourishing the members of our growing community. That is why we have smaller friendly associations where we can fellowship together. We meet every second and the last Thursday of the month.

If you are not part of a cell group and you would love to be, please contact Deacon Stanley on 07432622885 or Sister Ann on 07960006412 or drop us a line in our contact section and we will get back to you.

  • 3. Join a Team

A great way to honour God with our service is to join a volunteer team and serve with others who also desire to see the church grow and develop into a place which reflects God's character and creativity.

If you are interested in joining a team (e.g God's kitchen, Usher, Choir, Prayer warrior, e.t.c.), we would love to help you find that place that perfectly fits you. Please contact Revd. Philip on 07939404100 or Revd Sam on 07828616300 or drop us a line in our contact section and we will get back to you.

  • 4. Evangelism

Evangelism plays a central role in our Church existence. Our Church mission focuses on winning souls, building them up in their new faith and thereafter sending them out to do the same for others.

Our Evangelism team is saddled with the responsibility of realizing this mission. They organize weekly/monthly outreaches & training to help seek and save the lost.

If interested in joining our evangelism team, please contact Brother Nicholas on 07903225461 or Revd Amos on 07403397114 or drop us a line in our contact section and we will get back to you.

  • One

    Appreciating God's gift
    from Daily Inspiration.

"Talent is God-given. Be humble. Fame is man-given. Be grateful. Conceit is self-given. Be careful." John Wooden - Coach (1910-2010)

Be Humble, grateful, and careful. That about sums it up. Self glory tends to lead men and women down a slippery slope ending in shallowness. Remove yourself from these paths of futility. Take the high road of humility and gratefulness. You deserve to travel in style!

  • Second

Be still and listen to God
    Carolyn Caldwell - Author.

"Be still." How many of us actually take time to be still? Totally still. How long can you be still? How frequently do you attempt to be totally still? When your body is perfectly still, do you notice chatter going on in your head? Do your thoughts jump from one topic to another? Is it difficult to get your brain out of planning mode?

Continue to be still and wait until your body and mind are still. Then wait some more. Learn to wait for the whispering thoughts of God. It may take time and practice. Seek His face and He will find you. Be still and know Him. Be still and hear Him. Allow His whispering thoughts to guide your choices throughout the day.

  • Third

    Peace and Tranquillity.
Charles Lindbergh - American Aviator (1902-1974).

"Man must feel the earth to know himself and recognize his values - God made life simple. It is man who complicates it."

Notice how a walk in a quiet park full of trees, or sitting silently by a stream, or even just gazing at the heavenly night skies, settles your being into a place of peace and tranquillity? The days' chaos gets erased by the quiet beauty of nature and helps us know what is important in life. Why does man weave life into layers of confusion?

Keep your life simple; visit nature often; find yourself; and value others as yourself. You deserve peace and tranquillity every day.

  • Fourth

    Educating Our Children
    from Daily Inspiration.

Do not educate your child to be rich. Educate him to be happy, so when he grows up he'll know the value of things, not the price.

Happiness fulfils; emptiness kills. Fill your child with gratitude, and treasure the value of earning. In order to know the value of things children should have some experience of earning which brings a sense of achievement.

Limit giving your child everything so that they may experience and value the simple joys in life.

  • Fifth

    Character vs Reputation.
    John Wooden - Coach (1910-2010).

"Be more concerned with your character than with your reputation. Your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are."

Character is born from our thoughts. Have you assessed your thoughts lately? Have you attempted to snuff out those negative thoughts, non-productive guilt messages, and self-serving ideas popping into your mind? Try it! Search inside yourself for peaceful thoughts and grow your character today!

  • Six

    from Daily Inspiration.

"Nothing is enough for the man to whom enough is too little." Epicurus - Philosopher (341 - 270 BC)

Greed comes in many packages. Greed for image. Greed for power. Greed for approval. Greed for attention. Greed for the best home, car, clothes, etc.. Greed grows. Feed your greed and you risk losing yourself and your true purpose. Feed your generosity toward others. Then be at peace with what you have.
